Product information, total price, taxes, shipping costs and available payment methods are shown before purchase. Consumer prices include applicable VAT. Check your order and keep its confirmation. For unavailability or a material error, we contact you with legally available options, including refunds where due. We do not substitute products or charge a higher price without agreement. Later changes do not retrospectively alter existing contracts.

Follow each product's ingredients, warnings, instructions, batch, expiry and storage conditions. Products marked for professional use require appropriate professional skills and the manufacturer's precautions and tests. Results depend on the product, hair and application, without limiting advertised contractual characteristics. We do not guarantee unadvertised results or accept liability for harm demonstrably caused by the user's incorrect use; statutory liability for defective products, incorrect information or breach remains.

Our shipping and returns policies govern delivery, sealed cosmetics, complaints and refunds. Complaints: geral@purebela.pt. Discretionary preference-based exchanges outside statutory rights require written acceptance. Written professional trading terms supplement these conditions. Consumer withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to genuine business purchases; a tax number alone does not remove consumer status.

Commercial reproduction of protected text, images or brands requires the rights holder's permission unless legally permitted. We may proportionately verify objective fraud indicators or inconsistent order details while respecting privacy and contractual rights. Customers do not automatically transfer rights in private communications or waive all liability.

Portuguese law applies without depriving consumers abroad, including Spain, of applicable mandatory protections. Court jurisdiction and mandatory dispute resolution follow the law. No provision excludes non-waivable rights.
