All items for sale are subject to existing stock.
Orders will be prepared on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation for items in stock.
The customer will receive an email confirming the order on our website, an email confirming payment and a shipping notification email with the tracking number.

During delivery, it is the customer's duty to check the good condition of the merchandise. Therefore, it is important not to sign any delivery note before checking that the packaging is in good condition.

Delivery time in Portugal and Spain is 1 to 3 working days, in the European Union it is 5 to 8 working days.

To avoid possible supply or transport difficulties, customers are invited to plan their orders and take into account holiday periods, Christmas and New Year festivals.
