Shipping policy

All items are subject to stock availability. Orders are prepared in the order received. In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation email, a payment confirmation email and a dispatch notification with the tracking number.

On delivery, check the condition of the goods and packaging before signing the delivery note.

Delivery times are 1–3 working days in Portugal and Spain and 5–8 working days in the European Union. Allow for possible supply or transport delays during holidays, Christmas and New Year.

Mainland Portugal: free shipping on orders of €60 or more. Shipping costs €3.90 for orders below €60. Free shipping does not apply to Madeira, the Azores or other destinations. Exchanges and returns follow the returns and refunds policy.

Spain (excluding islands): shipping, exchanges and returns are at the customer's expense.

European Union: shipping, exchanges and returns are at the customer's expense.
